Lost AxisIf in this lightless night we lingerLost Axis by Lykoleon
Hapless planets both well be.
Blind in the dark Ill surely flounder
Off-coursed by your gravity,
For in my sky the moons dont shine,
Theyre bent lackluster by our trine,
And just like Pluto in his prime,
We drift astray, theyll see in time.
Skewed planets both well ever idle;
Lost from us is life's forte.
So in this lightless night lets kindle
Hopeful Flames to light our way.
OneiricOrange shadows sit, crept upon theOneiric by Lykoleon
Cracking skin, of eyes that nothing else, but saw
The falling sun.
A back so broken spent in lying rest,
A jaw-locked tongue so dry
But a mind emblazed by things so
Ghostly vivid; a phantom beauty splayed oneiric canvas.
However, cogwork never yielding, ever yield
Threnodies born of daring dreams;
What deeper dirge does sorrow sing
Than youthful life so lost to idle passing?
Cupid on HighAn arrow for his tempest heart,Cupid on High by Lykoleon
To still her frantic beating breath,
And lock the lonely gates of death,
September, may your love embark.
Mateo is his God graced name,
No skies are brighter than his eyes,
No words as sad as his Goodbyes.
Dear Cupid, arm your bow, take aim.
And so the cherub took his mark,
Aimed too precisely at his chest,
Forced back the love strings past their crest,
And pierced Mateos tempest heart.
For in the cherubs eyes there stirred,
Septembers fading blood red lips,
Her autumn curls the cold air whips.
His given job had folly blurred.
And at that instant hope had wilt,
Septembers tomb, her passion built,
Deep in a bastions still abyss
Sealed by Cupids suicide kiss.
